Community Volunteers Wanted for THE PERSIANS from the Bread And Puppet Theater at UConn

The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at UConn is seeking 15-20 volunteers to perform in the internationally acclaimed Bread and Puppet Theater’s new production, The Persians, the 472 BCE Greek tragedian Aeschylus laments over the human cost of imperial defeat. Rehearsals will be held outdoors (indoors in case of rain) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday April 20-22 from 6-9pm at the main UConn campus in Storrs. The performances will take place on Saturday and Sunday April 23 and 24 at 4 p.m.
