CNPCT Meeting With Developer on Midtown Commons Zoning Change - Oct. 15

Due to neighborhood concerns, DR Horton has asked the City to delay their Crestview Station zoning change request until they can meet with the neighborhood to answer questions.

We have scheduled with representatives of DR Horton Homes to be at the Crestview Neighborhood Planning Contact Team meeting

This is the time to ask question and find out about the houses that will be built on the Crestview Station property adjacent to Morrow. Richard Maier ( DR Horton VP, Land Manager), Kevin Pape (DR Horton), and Alice Glasco (consultant) will make a short presentation about the status of the development and the requested zoning change, followed by a question and answer session.
