Morrow Street Traffic Analysis, City Meeting - Feb 8th

Stakeholders in the Crestview and Highland neighborhoods and other interested parties –

The City of Austin Planning & Development Review Dept. and Transportation Dept. invite you to a meeting on Monday, February 8th to hear the results of, and provide your feedback on, a recent traffic analysis for a citizen-based request to remove the barrier (raised island) on Morrow Street that currently prohibits traffic from traveling from the east side of Lamar to the west side, and from turning south on Lamar (see attachment), in order to allow for better connections to and across Lamar.

Following the meeting, City staff will present the traffic analysis results and a summary of neighborhood interests and concerns raised at the Feb. 8th meeting to the City Council Comprehensive Planning & Transportation Subcommittee (Date to be determined) for their consideration.
