City Council is set to consider re-zoning for the proposed nightclub in the Hobby Lobby shopping center. This will be second and third reading, so there will be no opportunity for public testimony. Essentially, the request is for CS-1 zoning - which allows for liquor sales. The backup is here, and the hearing is set for 4pm on Thursday - though there's no guarantee as to council keeping to schedule.
