New Neighborhood Listserv for Commerce

A new listserv has arisen in the neighborhood, "Crestview For Sale", to allow people to offer their services to the neighborhood, post items for sale, announce garage sales, etc. This was started to address the desires of some on the neighborhood listserv to not be subjected to advertisements.
