SUBJECT: Staff Requests Postponement of Zoning Items 109, 110 and 111
Austin Energy is requesting a postponement of Council Items 109 – 111, zoning cases addressing Austin Energy’s property at Justin Lane, the Justin Lane Substation and the Crestview/Wooten Combined Neighborhood Plan Amendment. Austin Energy is requesting these items be postponed from the September 27, 2007 Council agenda to the October 18, 2007 Council agenda for additional time to address contractual and neighborhood concerns.
